1. In General

Access to and use of ILUUM Online Shop and www.iluum.com (the "Website") are subject to the following terms and conditions. If you access the Website, browse or place an online order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully as they contain important information. If you have any questions about ILUUM.com, these terms and conditions or our website, please do not hesitate to contact info@iluum.com.

This website is owned and operated by ME Sisustus OÜ, company registration no. (VAT) EE100600656.

ILUUM.com retains the right to amend, modify or withdraw: the website, these terms and conditions at its discretion without notice to you. The terms and conditions valid at the time of placing the order shall be applicable to the order, even where there are subsequent amendments. These terms and conditions are construed and shall be governed in accordance with the laws of Estonia and directives from the European Union.

This Website may also contain links to other websites (such as ordertracking), which are not operated by ILUUM.com. ILUUM.com has no control over the linked sites and accepts no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

2. Privacy Policy

Please read our Privacy PolicyThis Privacy Policy governs the manner in which we collect, use, maintain and disclose information collected from you.  This privacy policy applies to the website and all products and services offered by us.

3. Terms of purchase

ILUUM.com only accepts orders made from our Website or email - we currently cannot process orders via telephone or by post.

To place an order on the Website, you must be over 18 years of age. You must also provide us with a delivery address and contact details (such as e-mail address and mobile number). This can be done either in the shopping bag or by registering a customer profile on the Website.

Items placed in the shoppingbag are not reserved until the order is placed and confirmed by ILUUM.com through order confirmation sent to your e-mail address.

a. Contract and confirmation of order

When ordering goods on the Website, a binding agreement to buy is concluded only after ILUUM.com has confirmed the order to the e-mail address given by you (Order Confirmation). The order confirmation is sent to your e-mail address when ILUUM.com has registered the order and received payment. 

b. Pricing and currency

All prices are shown in Euros (€) on the website and are inclusive of VAT. Prices may change and offers may be withdrawn at any time.

Prices given on the date when the Customer makes an order are valid throughout the entire purchase process. 

c. Discount and promotion codes

ILUUM.com may from time to time offer promotional discounts, with or without a promotion code

Promotions with codes are in general only valid once - and once the code is used it will be deactivated, and the code will be no longer valid.

Promotions cannot be added to an order after the order is confirmed, therefore you must ensure that the voucher is registered before you confirm and pay the order. ILUUM.com does not take responsibility for promotion codes or promotions published on external websites.

ILUUM.com reserves the right to withdraw a promotion or promotional code at any time.

When a campaign or promotion is communicated in printed material, or in digital material (e.g. in an e-mail newsletter) by ILUUM, ILUUM.com states that combination of different promotions are prohibited. ILUUM.com thereby, in case of misuse of either campaigns or promotions, reserves the right to cancel the customer's order. 

d. Payment

Lindex online shop accepts the following means of payment for orders from iluum.com (http://www.iluum.com/en/). The content of other ILUUM.com sites, e.g. http://www.iluum.com/ru/ , are in general the same, however differences in currencies, means of payment, and delivery options varies between one site and another.

Credit-/debitcard

When paying using a credit- or debit card (VISA or Mastercard), the amount of the order is immediately authorized, and the authorization will be debited when the order is dispatched.

You may cancel your order if you haven’t confirmed your order within the given time of purchasing.

The order will be delivered only when prepaid in full. 

 

e. Deliveries

The estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days internationally, 3-5 business days within Estonia, to the address provided by the Customer at the time of the purchase.

The order is delivered via Omniva Post for international purchases, and via Omniva Courier (Omniva Kuller) or Omniva Post for purchases within Estonia.

If your desired product is out of stock and needs to be specially ordered for restocking, and it’s relevant that the delivery date is not possible due to the circumstances (which ME Sisustus OÜ is not responsible for), you will be notified via the email or telephone number provided at the time of the purchase. The notification will also provide a new delivery date. In case of a loss of interest towards the product within the given delivery time, You have are entitled to cancel the order and receive a full refund.In such case the Customer is requested to contact store@iluum.com

 

Make sure to carefully check the contact and delivery information provided at the time of the purchase, as ME Sisustus OÜ is not responsible for any delays in delivery if caused by incorrectness in the personal information provided by the Customer.

 

We strongly suggest inspecting the package of your order for any defects at the time of the delivery and marking it to the bill of parcels if there is any. Also, notify store@iluum.comabout the defected item which was caused by the courier – the product will be replaced.

4. Cancellations and returns

a. ILUUM.com Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order at any time prior to the delivery of your items by emailing 
store@iluum.com, indicating the order number and your banking information.

If you cancel your order in accordance with these terms, you will receive a full refund of the price you paid for the items and any standard delivery charges you paid for. Please note that ILUUM.com is not obliged to refund any supplementary costs paid by you if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by ILUUM.com.


Once provided the aforementioned requirements for a cancellation, the Customer will then receive a full refund including delivery expenses to their banking account provided at the time of the purchase.


b. ILUUM.com Return Policy

ILUUM.com offers a 14 day return policy, which means that you can return items you have ordered up to 14 days from the date you received your order, provided that the item(s) returned contain the original labels, are unused and are in their original condition. In order to do so, the Customer must contact ILUUM.com via store@iluum.comproviding them with their full name, date of purchase, the order number, banking information and return the item(s). 

The Customer is responsible for paying the return delivery costs unless the reason for return is faultiness. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the items while they are in your possession and will be responsible for the risk of damage during transport.

 

Also, ME Sisustus OÜ suggests that you retain evidence of posting or proof of shipment and the tracking number until the purchase price has been refunded.

ILUUM.com will process the refund (delivery expenses excluded) due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, no later than (a) 14 days after the day we receive the returned items from you; or (b) if earlier, 14 days after the day you provide ILUUM.com with evidence that you have returned the items; or (c) if you are not yet in receipt of the items, 14 days after the date on which you have informed us that you wish to cancel.

ILUUM.com will make the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees from ILUUM.com as a result of the reimbursement.

5. Notice of Defect

ILUUM.com shall ensure that each dispatch is carefully inspected before delivery to the Customer. Should the goods nevertheless be incorrect, damaged or defective upon the receipt by the Customer, please contact Customer service at info@iluum.com.

In the event of incorrect, damaged or defective Products being received, you are requested to contact info@iluum.com.

After this, the Customer should arrange the return delivery through, for example, local postal services and pay for the return shipping her-/himself. Please enclose the receipt for the shipping costs, along with the defective merchandise, and ILUUM.com will cover the return shipment cost for you along with the refund for the defective items.

Once ILUUM has received the damaged goods, we will within 14 days refund the Customer for the faulty item as well as for the costs of the return shipping.

6. Liability

ILUUM.com retains the right to withdraw from the delivery of the order if there has been a clear and obvious price error on the website (e.g. the price of the product appears to be too high or too low or if price is given as 0€). In such case, ILUUM.com shall without delay inform you of the error and notify the correct price to you.

The items sold at ILUUM.com are provided for private consumer use only. You agree not to use the items for any commercial or business purposes or for resale, and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity. Any reprint, copying, downloading, storing, transmitting or similar activity relating to texts and images presented on lindex.com for any other purpose whatsoever without the prior written permission of ME Sisustus OÜ, is prohibited. ILUUm.com is not liable for any errors in texts or images and is only liable for loss of data, loss of income or profit, or loss from claims by third parties arising out of the use of the website or for any products or services purchased from ILUUM.com where such loss is a foreseeable result of ILUUM breach of these terms or its negligence, but ILUUM is not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if they were an obvious consequence of our breach or if they were contemplated by you and ILUUM at the time we entered into the Contract. ILUUM shall have no liability for any delay in the delivery of products to the extent that the delay is caused by any event outside of ILUUM's reasonable control, including but not limited to war, flood, fire, labour disputes, strikes, lock-outs, riots, civil commotion, malicious damage, governmental actions and any other similar events.

While ILUUM aims to accurately describe items and images on ILUUM.com, there may be minor colour variations between the images and the actual products due to a number of factors such as the used internet browser or the monitors color contrast configurations. ILUUM cannot be held responsible for differences in colors as a result of aforementioned factors.

ILUUM shall have the right to interrupt the use of iluum.com at any time for example on account of maintenance procedures.

7. Changes to our terms & conditions 

If we decide to change or update our terms & conditions, we will update the terms & conditions modification date below.
